Egner Secures a Not Guilty Verdict in Lancaster County, PA for Terroristic Threats Charges

Attorney Alexander Egner recently secured a not guilty verdict at the Lancaster County Coutyhouse, where his client was acquitted of charges related to terroristic threats following a three-day jury trial (March 12-14th, 2025). After deliberating for over three hours, the jury decided to mark a win for our team and our client by fully clearing their name.

Attorney Egner and his team challenged the prosecution’s case throughout the trial. Egner used key evidence to prove his client’s innocence, including the absence of body-worn camera footage, inconsistencies in witness testimony, questions surrounding the 911 call, and even allowing the client’s own testimony to speak for itself.

When facing charges that affect your life greatly, like this one, it’s important to fight with everything at your disposal to preserve your rights. Attorney Egner remains committed to protecting individuals accused of serious criminal charges. For more information, please contact our office.
