Alex Egner is a former prosecutor and Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army who utilizes his past experience to provide the highest standard of criminal defense representation for those accused of crimes. Egner attended Dickinson College where he was the first-ever triple major in Political Science, History, and Middle East Studies while earning a security certificate in conjunction with the U.S. Army War College. After his period of active duty in the Army, Egner attended the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Upon graduation, he became a Assistant District Attorney. At the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office.

While serving as a prosecutor, Egner handled the most serious of cases and was assigned to work in the general trial unit, the DUI unit, the Domestic Violence unit, and the Juvenile unit. Egner later headed the Expungement unit, the Welfare Fraud division, and prosecuted Small Games of Chance/Bingo Law issues.

In 2020, Egner and his fellow founding partner Jonathan Chieppor decided to leave the District Attorney’s Office to launch their own law firm dedicated to zealously protecting the rights of their community.
